Her hair is starting to come in slowly. In the sun it actually looks blonde, so I am not sure what color it is going to be yet. She has let go of the couch a few times and stood on her own. She is finally sleeping well again at night. I think it may have been the yogurt and her milk protein allergy. She now has 6 showing teeth. Four on top and two on the bottom and 1 new one coming in on the bottom right!
She recognizes Daddy's photograph and loves looking at it. I can't wait for him to see her in less than a week!!
We took a trip to the lake this weekend and she loved playing in her pool. I put her in her float in the Lake for the first time and she loved it. She was kicking around and squealing. She is getting more and more used to her life vest and enjoys a boat ride. We usually go right after her nap, but the boat ride relaxes her so much, I swear she would fall asleep if she hadn't just taken a nap. Let's hope the same will be true with a plane in a couple of weeks.
We have a busy summer ahead with Steve coming home. We start out with a trip to Sonoma Valley with my family. Then a trip to Myrtle Beach with Steve's family. Steve and I get to take a 2nd Honeymoon in July while Sadie stays with Gigi and Pops. Finally, we get to celebrate with a shower for my brother and his fiancé. Steve's birthday follows right after and then Sadie's first birthday! We celebrate our 3rd anniversary and my brothers wedding in September. Whew, that makes me tired just typing it out! We are looking forward to it!
