As mentioned, Sadie went on her first big trip and first plane ride this past weekend. I'll be writing a longer post on that, but for the record she did far better than I expected!
She also decided that during this trip was the perfect time for tooth #8 to pop through the gum. Although that did require a lot of teething tablets and nighttime ibuprofen, she was a champ!
She is getting smarter everyday. Just today she took two steps from a toy toward me and stumbled into me. I was so proud of her. She has learned how to undue the velcro on her shoes and loves doing so. She loves playing with daddy and already has a strong bond with him. Steve and I were both surprised how quickly she has taken to him. She even fell asleep in his arms on the last flight from Atlanta to Savannah(rare even for me!) She also learned a new word: Tank! She's only said it twice, but she likes to try to practice her "T's."
She is growing so fast, I just want to slow time down. We are going to have a 1-year-old before we know it. Birthday party plans are on their way!
