Toddler Tuesday

I thought I would start a new series for myself, since Sadie no longer has her weekly photos. Toddler Tuesday will still be a post about Sadie, but not always about her development.

Sadie is a bit of a picky eater. She chooses what she wants to eat by the look of it. I wonder who she gets that from? She loves her fruits, so thats not a problem, but I try to sneak in other foods since as proteins and vegetables. One of her recent favorites is a new recipe I have stumbled across.

Sweet Potato Muffins. Sounds delicious, right? They are! And, even better, they are from a bag! I found them in Kroger when I was looking for a quick cornbread mix for dinner. These are them right <here>, although much cheaper at Kroger.

Just follow the instructions on the bag. I made ours with Soy Milk and Margarine since Sadie has a milk allergy. I have since made 2 batches and Sadie gobbles them up. I may venture to make them from scratch one day, maybe even add in some Butternut Squash or more vegetables, but for now, these are a go-to item in the pantry!
