Richmond Botanical Gardens

I hope everyone had an amazing Mother's Day weekend. We've had a lot going on in our tiny family so I've been MIA from the blog world. I feel like I have a lot to catch up on! In the meantime, here is a little trip we took this weekend.

We went to the Richmond Botanical Gardens Saturday morning. The place is gorgeous. They currently have a butterfly exhibit going on and they have a LARGE children's area. If you are near the area, you should definitely put it on your list.

We had a great time walking around the garden looking at all the beautiful flowers.

Sadie loved seeing all the butterflies in their Live Butterfly Exhibit going on right now. 

They also have a very large children's area with natural toys, watering gardens, fountains, sand, nature playhouse, bubbles, chalk, and more. Sadie had a blast.
