11 Months

Yupp, that's right. Sadie has entered her final month of her first year. She has such a little personality now and is becoming her own person.

She has 8 teeth, 4 on top and 4 on bottom. She just started teething her first molar on the bottom right! It came as a surprise to us on vacation and hasn't been easy for her.

She is in 12 month clothes and size 3 diapers.
I'm guessing she weighs close to 20 lbs.

She crawls everywhere, walks along furniture or while holding our hands, and took her first steps on Saturday. She took four deliberate flat footed, balanced steps toward me while we were in Myrtle Beach. I was so proud, I almost started crying!

Speaking of Myrtle Beach, she had her first trip to the beach this past weekend and LOVES the water and sand. She scoops up the sand and claps as she watches it disappear. She still loves the pool and can swim underwater like a champ!

She is definitely becoming a Daddy's girl and will sometimes choose Daddy over Mommy now.

She is somewhat of a picky eater, but does great with pureed foods. Strawberries are her favorites. She recently discovered black olives by default and couldn't eat them fast enough. I guess she likes the salty stuff like her daddy!

Our photo shoot today was the hardest yet. She actually turned 11 Months yesterday, but we took to photos today. She did not want to sit still. The photos are also taken with my iPhone as I haven't bought a replacement camera yet.
