48-50 Weeks

Whoa has time flown. In my previous post, I mentioned the reasons I've been MIA, hence for a combined 48-50 weeks post. Today, Sadie is 50 weeks. Fortunately, I was keeping track of her weekly advancements.

48 weeks:

• She took her first few deliberate steps on her own from Nannie to Mommy. 
• First trip to the beach and she LOVED the sand and water. 
• She started to teeth her first Molar in the bottom right(and is still trying to cut it!)

(I didn't actually get to take this picture due to traveling, but it was only a day after her 11 month photos were taken)

49 weeks:

• Stayed for the week with Gigi and Pops (first time away from mommy for that long).
• Climbed up the stairs on her own.
• Started to try to buckle herself in the car seat.

Mom took these photos on her phone:

50 weeks:

• Now is obsessed with buckles.
• Climbs on everything.
• "Talks" all the time. 
• Said "uh oh" for the first time today! 
• Knows how to get down feet first off the couch.

She insisted on having her Taggie- this is her lovey she is attached.

Always clapping.

Mom, this is serious. 

I think I need to get down and play now. 

Here I come!

...And she's down (with a little help from Mommy, just in case).
