I cannot believe this will be the last full week before my baby girl turns ONE. In fact, I really can't call her a baby anymore, she is quite the toddler. She will always be my baby. I will save the sappy post for next week though.
This past weekend, we traveled up to Gigi and Pops house. Steve went to the lake for the weekend for my brother, Zach's, bachelor party. Sadie and I stayed back with Gigi and got some shopping in, prepped for the wedding shower this coming weekend, and went on a lunch date with Miss Kelly.
This past week Sadie has started to take only one nap a day. Some days it's two, some days it's one. I am so not ready for this, but she is transitioning on her own. She loved climbing the stairs at Gigi and Pop's. When I say climb, I mean climb. She climbs the stairs like a little monkey instead of crawling up them.
She has also started to stand more often on her own. She has been pulling up and walking along furniture since 7 or 8 months, but she has shown no interest in wanting to do it on her own. However, recently, she has started to stand more on her own, and I know that is one step closer to her taking off. I am by no means rushing this process!
