{one} Christmas Music
I've totally broken out the Christmas music this week. Sadie and I had an amazing dance session in the kitchen. Let's just hope our little peanut will have a love for Christmas music just like her momma. Some decorations may be going up this weekend considering we will be gone for the next two weekends.
{two} K-Cup Mocha Latte
I love my White Chocolate Mocha's and Peppermint Mocha's from Starbucks, so I've been wanting to try a K-Cup version for a while. I got a great deal on the Gevelia brand from Walgreens and gave it a go this morning. Results: A frothy hot chocolate. It wasn't bad, but I'd rather save my money purchasing one box of those and spend it toward one drink at Starbucks.
{three} Footed PJs
I don't even have a good photo of this, but stay tuned and I will update with one!
Update 11/17/13: Here's the photo I promised. Is this not adorable?
I haven't put Sadie in footed pajamas in quite a while. When I was still changing her diaper at night, I switched to two pieces, as it was easier to change. Obviously, I haven't done that for a while now, but with our hot Savannah summer, I went with cooler PJ's. Last weekend, when we were at the lake, I bought her a pair of footed PJs and now I'm obsessed. They are just the cutest thing on the planet. I can't stand it!
{four} Zucchini Cake
This is totally our new favorite dessert in this household. I don't even feel bad giving Sadie some since it has veggies in it. I made a cake for my mom's night out game night on Thursday and everyone thought it was delish!
{five} One Mile Run
I've been apart of Stroller Strong Moms since Sadie turned one and I can't say enough good things about it. It's a great workout and playdate in one! We have a new challenge to improve our one mile run. I've mentioned before that I am not a runner. I don't like running. I don't have the desire to run. However, I do want to be able to run to be healthy. I finally gave in today and had them time my mile. I was expecting somewhere between 13 and 14 minutes. Time: 8:32!!! Win!! I was so excited! I still am! I never would have expected this in a million years, but I totally give all the credit to this group! Now to improve by mid-December!
Christmas music? Check! Running (not for me either) and Zucchini Cake? That's my hubby's fav so thanks for sharing! Have a fabulous weekend!
