Anyway, I'm back at it.
Tuesday, I attended a class at the gym called Bodypump. If you haven't gone to one of those... you should. It is a total full body workout and I love it. I'm still sore.
Yesterday, I went back to one of my trusted treadmill interval workouts from toneitup, only I didn't do the inclines. I love the short sprints in the middle of this one. This is a great workout, but if you are a beginner, definitely lower the speeds before trying it out. Make it work for you!
Have you seen that Target has a sale on the C9 gear? This is seriously my favorite workout tank. I own the lime green one. It's $19.99 this week. I love the built it sports bra and it offers plenty of support. I may have to go pick up a black one this week.
On a side note: I'm not an affiliate of Target, but I should be! I shop there WAY to much!
