Comfort Food: Oatmeal

I was craving a big bowl of Oatmeal this morning! Sprinkled with 1 packet of Stevia and some Cinnamon and it was delicious! 

Here’s why you should be eating Oatmeal too!

It has a proven ability to lower bad cholesterol. 

The fiber in oatmeal helps you feel full and eat less later. It also helps ease constipation and helps control blood sugar.

It is also a great source of Iron and Vitamin B.

Oatmeal is SO good for you ALL Around, but it’s also a GREAT choice while Pregnant and EVEN better when nursing! It has been shown to increase your milk supply on days you eat Oatmeal when Breastfeeding.
